International delivery
EMINE jewellery travels in protective signature packaging with insurance. We confirm the destination, delivery time and cost before payment.
Where we deliver
We deliver to destinations around the world. Provide your country, city, postal code and full address so we can check available routes and agree a convenient delivery method.
Preparation and timing
Allow approximately 3–4 weeks for international orders, including preparation of the piece. We confirm the timing for your chosen item before payment. It depends on availability, individual specifications, destination and carrier operations.
This is an estimate. Customs clearance and carrier delays may extend the delivery time. The production time for a particular configuration is shown on its product page.
Cost and insurance
International delivery is charged separately. We calculate the cost for the recipient’s country and address and confirm it before payment. Shipment insurance is included at no additional charge.
Every piece is checked before dispatch and carefully packed for transport.
Customs charges
Import duties, taxes and other compulsory charges may apply in the destination country. These are payable by the buyer unless otherwise agreed in advance. Customs clearance is subject to the rules of the recipient’s country.
Tracking your order
Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, we send a tracking number or tracking link. The first updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Please check your address and telephone number before confirming your order. If delivery fails because of incorrect details or the recipient’s absence, redelivery may incur an additional charge.
Receiving your order and support
Check the packaging when your order arrives. If it is damaged, ask the carrier to record its condition and contact EMINE immediately.
