Terms of Sale
These terms govern the distance sale of EMINE products. Before placing an order, please read the Terms of Sale, delivery, payment and returns information, and the Privacy Policy.
1. General provisions
1.1. The Seller is LOGAS TRADE CO., LTD, registered address: 402-C61 Jinli Commercial Plaza, No. 26 Jinpeng Road, Changlong Community, Buji Street, Longgang District, Shenzhen, China. Telephone: +86 191 9559 1407. Email: sales@emine.store.
1.2. The Buyer is an individual with legal capacity who places an order for personal purposes unrelated to business activity.
1.3. These terms apply together with the information on the relevant product page and at checkout. Mandatory provisions of applicable law take precedence where they provide otherwise.
2. Products and product information
2.1. The Seller agrees to supply the selected product and the Buyer agrees to accept and pay for it on the confirmed terms.
2.2. The product page states the name, images, main specifications, material, size, contents, price and availability. The colour of metal and stones on screen may differ slightly because of device settings and lighting.
2.3. For pieces with individual specifications, the Seller separately confirms the specifications and production time before payment.
3. Ordering and formation of the contract
3.1. The Buyer places an order on the website and provides accurate contact details, a delivery method and a payment method.
3.2. Submitting the form indicates an intention to purchase the selected products and acceptance of these terms. No payment is collected before the order is confirmed. The Seller checks availability, price and delivery options, then confirms the order or contacts the Buyer.
3.3. The contract is concluded after the Seller confirms the order and the Buyer takes the action required by that confirmed order: making payment or accepting the product where payment on delivery is available. The electronic confirmation and payment document allow the order terms to be retained and reproduced.
3.4. The Seller may propose a replacement or a revised delivery date, or cancel an unconfirmed order if a product is unavailable or an obvious technical error is found. Any resolution is agreed with the Buyer before payment.
4. Price and payment
4.1. Base prices are stated in US dollars. Where another display currency is selected, the converted price is indicative. The final amount and available payment method are confirmed before payment.
4.2. Payment may be made by bank card, payment link, QR payment or on delivery where that method is available for the order. The payment provider’s terms also apply.
4.3. After payment, the Buyer receives an electronic receipt or another document confirming the purchase. If a paid order is cancelled, the refund is made by the same method unless otherwise agreed and permitted by the payment provider’s rules.
5. Delivery and handover
5.1. The delivery area, estimated timing, cost and method are shown at checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed. International delivery is available to an agreed address. Availability of delivery to the destination country, its cost and estimated timing are confirmed before payment. Shipment insurance is included at no additional charge.
5.2. The Buyer must provide a full address and ensure that the order can be received. Risk of accidental loss passes to the Buyer when the goods are physically handed to the Buyer or their designated recipient.
5.3. On receipt, check the integrity of the packaging and the quantity and visible condition of the goods. Notify the Seller of visible damage as soon as possible and, where a carrier delivers the goods, record the damage at handover.
5.4. For international delivery, the Buyer pays import duties, taxes and other compulsory charges in the destination country unless otherwise agreed before payment. Customs clearance may affect delivery timing.
6. Quality, exchanges, returns and warranty
6.1. The goods must match the description and confirmed specifications. Warranty terms are stated on the product page or in the documents accompanying the piece.
6.2. A request to exchange or return goods of satisfactory quality may be made within fourteen calendar days of handover, provided their appearance, properties, seals, labels and proof of purchase are retained, unless a lawful exception applies. Pieces made or altered to individual specifications may be excluded from returns of satisfactory-quality goods where applicable law permits.
6.3. For defective goods, the Buyer may exercise the remedies available under applicable law. Contact the Seller for instructions before sending a return. The procedure and shipping costs depend on the reason for return and legal requirements.
7. Personal data
7.1. Order data is used to process the order, arrange payment and delivery, communicate with the Buyer, fulfil warranty obligations and respond to enquiries.
7.2. By selecting the required checkbox, the Buyer accepts these Terms of Sale and agrees to data processing under the Privacy Policy, including cross-border transfers necessary to fulfil the order. Consent to marketing communications, if introduced, is requested separately.
8. Liability and dispute resolution
8.1. The parties are responsible for breaches of their obligations under these terms and applicable law. The Seller does not restrict consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited by contract.
8.2. The Buyer may submit a complaint by email, telephone or to the Seller’s registered address. The parties seek to resolve matters through discussion. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be referred to the competent authority or court under applicable law.
8.3. Updated terms apply to orders placed after publication. The terms of an already confirmed order change only by agreement of the parties or as provided by law.
