Payment
Before payment, we confirm availability, order specifications, the total and the available payment method. Submitting an order does not itself charge your account.
Available payment methods
Depending on the order, payment may be available by bank card, payment link, QR payment or on delivery. A member of our team confirms the available method before you pay.
Our base prices are in US dollars. You can display prices in another currency using the currency selector; conversion is indicative. The final payment amount and currency are agreed before payment. Any bank fees or currency conversion charges are subject to your bank’s terms.
Security and confirmation
Card details are entered on the payment provider’s secure page. EMINE will not ask you by telephone for your full card number, expiry date, security code or one-time verification code.
After payment, you receive an electronic receipt or another document confirming the purchase. If payment has been taken but confirmation has not arrived, contact us with the date, amount and order number. Do not share confidential card details.
Refunds
For an agreed cancellation or return, funds are refunded using the original payment method unless the parties agree otherwise. The time taken for funds to appear after processing depends on the bank or payment service.
