This policy explains what data the EMINE online shop receives, why it is needed, who it may be shared with and how you can exercise your rights.

2. Data we process
We may receive your name, telephone number, email, delivery address, order contents and value, delivery and payment method, comments, enquiry history and information needed for returns or warranty service.
Use of the website may involve processing your IP address, browser and device type, request date and time, page address, error information and preferences saved in your browser, including language, currency, bag, favourites and cookie choices. Card details are processed by the payment provider. The shop should not receive your full card number or security code.
3. Purposes and grounds for processing
Data is used to process and fulfil orders, check availability and price, communicate with customers, arrange payment and delivery, issue purchase documents, handle returns and warranty matters, prevent abuse, secure the website and respond to enquiries.
Processing is based on user consent, the need to enter into and perform a contract, the Seller’s legal obligations and other grounds provided by applicable law. Data is not used for incompatible purposes without a new lawful basis or separate consent.
4. Recipients and international transfers
